The mymizu App’s Feedback Feature Has Evolved 💡
You can provide feedback intuitively from three options.
Until now, mymizu has collected feedback and reports about refill spots mainly through enquiry forms and external feedback links.
When visiting a refill spot found through the app, users sometimes discover issues only after arriving - such as the location being different, opening hours having changed, or the shop having closed.
We are incredibly grateful to the users who took the time to open another link and let us know about these issues. At the same time, we know that some people may not have known where to report problems, or chose not to share feedback because it felt time-consuming.
That’s why, in the summer of 2025, we released a new in-app feedback feature that makes sharing your experience much easier.
From the refill logging screen, users can now report their refill experience by simply tapping one of three options. This allows you to send feedback intuitively, right when you notice something - no extra steps required.

We are delighted that the prototype created by Eva, who joined our team as an intern in summer 2024, has been implemented as a new feature in the app!

This update reflects what mymizu values most: a strong user-first mindset. By continuously improving usability, we aim to create an app that makes refilling easy and accessible for more and more people.
The new feature has also transformed the way our team reviews and manages feedback. Because information is submitted in a more structured way, it’s easier to prioritise issues and respond more quickly, helping us turn insights into action.

The refill spots shown on the mymizu map exist thanks to the collaboration of users and refill partners. The accuracy and freshness of this information are continuously improved through the feedback you share with us.
Moving forward, mymizu will continue to grow alongside our users and refill partners, valuing co-creation as we build an app that is simple, enjoyable, and accessible for everyone.
